I wish people didn't have to wait until they're faced with a crisis to look for a professional to talk to. No doubt we each face challenges in our lives and when faced with challenges, we either feel overwhelmed and can't figure our way out of this uncomfortable place, or we freeze and feel stuck. If you're feeling down or anxious - or maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead, meeting with a professional to get the support you need may well be the answer. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support.


After you've taken that big and empowering step to reach out for help, you'll walk into a welcoming, non-judgmental space where we can work together to put you on a path to HAPPINESS. In these sessions, you have the opportunity to open up about your thoughts, feelings and circumstances in a confidential environment. Within the safety of this secure environment, you can feel comfortable to explore areas of yourself or your life that you are struggling or unhappy with.


Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions, I will show you all the places you need to look at and heal in order to experience a more loving and peaceful life. A life that you are fully awake in and love. Through our work together you will come to realize that while incidents that happen in our lives are important, it is how we understand, interpret, and respond to them that is the KEY.


I not only have the tools and professional experience to help you envision and claim a life full of peace and love but a deep passion for what I do.
